Jerald is a highly resourceful business leader in Asia with close to 20 years of commercial experience, and proven ability to develop strategy, drive quality business growth and build high performing sales teams through adaptive, inclusive leadership.

 

He currently leads Google Maps enterprise sales for Southeast Asia after spending close to 10 years with Google Ads business supporting small and mid sized enterprises to grow their business. In his previous capacity, he has helped thousands of  businesses in Southeast Asia scale their reach globally, working with diverse business leaders spanning from Pakistan to Indonesia. Before joining Google, he worked for industry leaders, such as Fuji Xerox, International Data Corporation and Thomson Reuters, managing strategic commercial relationships across Asia Pacific.

 

As a firm believer in lifelong learning and talent development, he continuously seeks improvement in the areas of Leadership, Coaching and Teamwork. He has also been coaching and mentoring in Google since 2015. In 2019, he expanded his learnings to executive and group coaching through INSEAD coaching certification. 

 

He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a degree in Commerce and recently completed his Certificate of Global Management with INSEAD. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family to explore new countries, experiences and perspectives while building unforgettable memories together.
